I had a fantastic experience working with Multiverse team to record a global meeting for our business. In the planning phase, James was meticulous in getting all the details from us to ensure that he could meet the vision that we outlined, and quickly earned my confidence by being proactive. We spoke at length about the project, which he supplemented by visiting the site and providing a full scope of what was needed and the team’s approach for the session. His candor and straightforward responses and insights put me at ease, as I’d had difficult experiences with other vendors previously. He translated the technical details into simple terms that were clear and viable answers for me and all of my internal stakeholders.

Even more impressively, when the team finally arrived (promptly and ready to go), they were absolutely smooth and succinct. I have worked with many video teams, and Multiverse is as professional as I have ever seen. They worked around a chaotic room assuredly, not interrupting working teams and managing all the details perfectly, from clear/precise and well-tested audio, to arranging the background for us, etc. It was a wonderful experience to let the professionals take the lead!

This team managed all of our curve balls in stride, including some last minute requests for mics, and delayed material that needed to be updated. In spite of these challenges, they still turned over the video right on time.

We got RAVE REVIEWS from teams all over the world, who appreciated the quality of the video and its seamless connections to presentations/videos that were embedded. It has been rated one of the absolute best meetings all year, which I attribute to Multiverse in large part.
