Did not purchase my first machine at Mulqueen and that was a big mistake!!!! I purchased my 10 Needle embroidery machine at Mulqueen and have had a great experience! There is always a big learning curve and the Mulqueen guys are fantastic! They are extremely patient and help you through whatever product you are trying to master!! It is also a privilege to get to know the sweet Mulqueen family. This is a trust worthy business and I am thankful they are in our area!!

Brought my wife’s machine here for repair. It is older but very important to her as it was handed down from family. Scott and Ronnie in repairs were awesome! Very knowledgeable, but also very humble as there was a small oversight, but they took it back and got it resolved and just a couple of hours! Many shops would be dishonest or try to charge extra. They did not which shows me they take pride in their work and care deeply for their customers.

Original reviews: Very unhelpful. Went in to look at sewing cabinets. The woman working near the furniture couldn’t take time away from her sewing project. She yelled across the room to the repair guy to answer our questions. The repair guy wouldn’t leave his counter to help. We had to walk over to him. He was rude and didn’t answer our questions. Gave up on furniture. Went to look at fabric at the women working there also gave off the don’t bother me vibe. When checking out a woman came in to return something and the two sales associates were rude to each other and the customer. I don’t think it is a good place to work which makes it a not nice place to shop. Nice selection of furniture and long arms and some fabric but don’t expect any help you are on your own

I am so pleased with the service here. I have been here on several occasions, they have helped me troubleshoot an issue with my machine and then I finally brought it in for service. I was pleasantly surprised when my machine was returned to me in perfect condition, working well, and I was charged the price quoted. They didn’t try and upsell any new items for my machine, and had it ready quickly. I’m looking forward to bringing my budding seamstress so she can check it out!

Admittedly I haven't been at Mulqueens for years but when I lived in Phoenix it was a definite go-to place. I went to several events through them, especially Anita Gooddesign. They were always organized and well run.

The most impressive part of their store was the personal care taken by management. When I went there with an issue, I felt heard. This, to me, is priceless.

Recently called to inquire about having my sewing machine repaired and the cost associated and was rudely told that information could not be provided over the phone and I had to bring it in. Once I arrived the technician that I had to wait for was unnecessarily dismissive and rude barking that the cost was a flat starting rate despite the issue. When attempting to ask follow up questions I was made to feel dumb for not knowing what the “expert” does. I received the recommendation from a seamstress friend but I will be sure to inform her to never send anyone here again. Waste of my time and gas driving all the way here to be treated like I was interrupting their day.

This box was chock full of goodies. Quilting, hand emboidery, pillow pattern, notions, 5 pack FQ Bundle, 2 fat quarters, jelly roll, 5.5 inch QS Square ruler, Kai 28 mm rotary cutter, ruler pop on holder, small wool pressing mat, crochet kit for stuffed owls, bobbin boat, AND discount coupons.
I won a jelly roll but I think I have to claim in in person. I don't live in the area so I won't be able to claim it.
The value for this box is over the top grest. Very generous!!!
