We had a mini-split installed today by M&S Air Conditioning in our enclosed lanai, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The technicians—John, Nick, and Alex—did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they took the time to explain every aspect of the system to us in detail. Everything looks great, and they left the space spotless after the installation. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We would absolutely use M&S Air Conditioning again in a heartbeat!

Service man made arrived in the four hour window and went right to work. Completed everything on our A/C system to prepare for this summer. At the end he reviewed the service and showed pictures of our system. He was very friendly and i would recommend him and M&S.

Very happy with our service from M&S. Tommy was the technician this time around. Very professional and personable. We get the premier service agreement which covers 2 services and discounts on repairs if needed. We didn't need any on the first couple services but had some issues this go around as the outside unit was starting to make some "unusual" noises....

I typically avoid posting reviews and testimonials as I have come to believe they are more self serving than beneficial for the end user, but in the case of M&S Air conditioning I am happy to make an exception. I have been thoroughly delighted with their product, service and integrity. They installed a new A/C unit in my home last summer and it has been a delight. I had a couple problems with my old unit prior to the new install and they responded very promptly to keep me cool in the interim... recently, I had them flush and fill my hot water tank and again their technician was exemplary. He was both friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend M&S for any A/C and/or plumbing needs...

This company has great service people who are very knowledgeable and personable. We love the new a/c they installed last year as our electric bills have greatly improved.
