So thankful we found Move the Coast for our recent move. We found ourselves in a very stressful situation where we had to reschedule within 24hrs of our move. Austin went above and beyond to accommodate us and successfully got us moved in 3 days later. His crew took exceptional care transporting our belongings and were very careful when bringing our furniture into our new home.
Austin and his crew were courteous and polite.
I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars for this company.
Thank you Austin and crew for making our very stressful move a smooth transition.
Will definitely be recommending you to anyone looking for a great moving company.

Find another company to move you! I requested a claim on their insurance the day they moved me when we found the TV busted. When I got Austin on the phone the following week, he said I’ll call you back I’m not in front of my computer… the only response received. I’ve followed up numerous times and nothing. DO NOT use Moving the Coast they clearly do not care about your belongings and lack customer service!

Coastal Movers were incredible moving my house from storage unit to my rental house. The employees were a pleasure to work with. On time even early arrival. Nothing had any damage and when they unloaded they unwrapped the furniture, put it in the rooms I wanted it in. If boxes were labeled they put them in the rooms they belonged into. And the price for their services was right, exactly as quoted!
I will use them in the future.

I had to hire someone to repack my storage spaces so that I could add everything the movers brought to my house because they said I didn’t have enough room in my storage spaces.They also left items that should have been taken to storage. They were supposed to move everything from the house into storage.They said they were going to pick these items up but they never did. Also, they use our supplies to steady a glass table top without asking.Furthermore, they were way over price for the job they did.

Hands down the best mover I have ever used, and I have moved 21 times! Super fast, which saved us money on the hourly rate, polite, professional and helpful with putting beds together and installing washer and dryer. I will def use them again if needed. Awesome moving company.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with this company! Austin and his counterpart were simply the best, BY FAR, movers I've ever had!
Our family has moved five times in the last few years and NOT ONE SINGLE COMPANY compared with these two young men!!!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you need movers in the lower Alabama area, call them first and ask to have this team move you!

When they first arrived, (at exactly the time booked) I was taken back by their age and size - young and not incredibly big. Boy, was I wrong! They lifted everything like it was paper-light, as well as were careful as possible with the fragile belongings! And, this is the one that probably blew me away the most....I always buy water and Gatorade for my movers - it's only the right thing to do - (more people need to do this) and because of this, DID NOT TAKE ONE SINGLE BREAK! JUST OUSTANDING!!! The pricing was reasonable and comparable to many other companies, and this was the best money our family has EVER spent on movers before!

I don't usually give reviews to of the length, but I must give credit were credit is due! We moved from Birmingham, Alabama to Gulf Shores, Alabama and these two young men made our move as stress free as humanly possible!

In conclusion, if you're not using this company for any reason, you're doing yourself wrongly! I don't think it is, or could be possible that I will EVER be as happy with a moving company, as I am with this one!

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOVING COMPANY. They were a complete no show, despite confirming the day before. Completely left me and my 5-year old to unload a truck all by ourselves. They are initially responsive via email but DO NOT BE FOOLED. The day before they guaranteed they would arrive between 2-3 to unload our truck, and would call me 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. 3pm rolls around and I haven’t heard anything. I called, texted, emailed, left voicemails, and no response. They didn’t even have the decency to call later and let me know what happened. Completely unprofessional and should be put out of business.
