The owner Matt reached out to me personally during a purchase inquiry for a Santa Cruz Bullit and made the buying process seamless and very easy. I drove in from about 80 miles away and ready everything was ready to go when I got there a few hours later.
After the first ride the RockShox Reverb dropper post was stuck (known issue with rockshox - I’ve had issues with these on all of my previous bikes).
I reached out to Matt who got it corrected the same day. Shout out to the mechanic and shop manager who got this stuff fixed immediately and were super hospitable.

This place is incredible. Let’s start from the top, Troy (owner) was so helpful in getting me on my dream bike and made every effort in making the buying and building process so seamless. He really is a rider’s ideal bike shop owner, knows everything in his shop and really just wants to see you get on your bike. He assured me that he could beat anyone’s price and boy did he ever. I drove all the way from LA to Carlsbad just because the service was top notch. I was never rushed off the phone and had all my questions answered making my buying decision easy. Mitch and Taylor also were great to speak to over the phone. The shop was immaculate as well. Extremely clean workspace, giving you peace of mind trusting they really know what they are doing and getting your bike put together. Their mechanic Dietrich was super chill and got my Santa Cruz Heckler dialed in before I left the shop making sure all my adjustments like seat height, bar length, brake levers and suspension were set up perfectly.

Bike shops like this are so rare now a days, but they definitely have a customer for life!
