Mount Diablo Cider is a must-try. I’ve been drinking their ciders for several years now, and I love them. There’s no comparison. If you like the tart, complex flavors of a hand-crafted cider, you’re gonna fall in love with these small-batch gems. The hand-crafted part is a big reason why these ciders are so special. The proprietor/maker, Thomas, seeks out heirloom fruit from growers both local and across the country, and performs all the cider-making steps himself. Kinda rare these days.
