Truckers please avoid this facility… I checked in @11am and done @4 pm for only 1 pallet. They don’t have enough room for big rig 🚛..

Truck drivers be very very aware of this place!!!!!
No parking at all,you will be seating on the street till your turn is to be unloaded!
Extremely tight to get in be aware of lots of things to damage your tires!!
They don’t have loading docks is it just one ramp to beck up to be unloaded!
No parking overnight at all!
If I can give them no star I will!
I never see biggest mess in my life!

They can be a Good quality manufacturer but the services is horrible, no one to answer the phone, no receptionist to direct your call to the right department, the automatic directory transfer you but no one answered been calling to get info since Thursday today was on the phone for almost an hour.
The sales representative doesn't answers calls, I also when in person to get an estimate no one help me one lady gave me a phone# to call but same history no one is there yo answer questions, to give quotes or any info.
A good company has to cover all aspects of the company.

My card was used there nov 1st 2023, oddly enough I’ve never been to this place or river side that’s the kicker, I’d change my review if I could get a call back about the time stamp as I’m sure they have cameras.

Be sure to bring your lunch you'll be here for hours if you are delivering here. Receiving is a total joke they will have trucks here on the street for hours.

Get ready, most of the time you will be here at least 2-3 hours to get unloaded. Forklift lady thinks shes the boss of whole company and you can't even ask any questions
