As a returning customer to Moores Sleep World I am again pleased with not only my service but with my bed!
Mike (general manager) was a joy to work with, he was helpful with letting me test out beds, talking to me about how I sleep and what I needed in a bed. I work for a company that provides support to adoptive families. One of our families was in need of a new bed, so they went to Robin and Moore's Sleep World. She is AMAZING! My client was able to pick out the mattress she wanted and put it in hold while I made the call to pay for it. Very quick and easy transaction, and I was able to get my mattress the same day. Michael Q. helped and was a friendly fellow. I have to point out he was very attentive to all the customers who came in, but never once made me feel like I was being ignored. I would recommend shopping here, plus it keeps our money local.

Robin was a fantastic help! She was so sweet and kind and full of knowledge! Came in to get a new mattress to replace our Casper Memory Foam from Costco that was killing our backs and left with the Kingsdown Gaston plush top. Great prices (especially because we went a little after Labor Day) and pickup was super easy too since they conveniently have an ally in the back. Will 100% recommend them and go back if/when we need a new mattress! Thank you so much for your help Robin, it was a pleasure meeting you and chatting with you!
