Amazing experience shooting for a short film here! Michael the owner is very easy to work with, professional, and understanding. The space is big, looks AMAZING on camera, and is very comfortable for cast & crew - great green room, clean bathrooms, and cold AC that can be turned off for rolling sound. Would absolutely love to come back!

We held a 4-day shoot for a short film here and could not have had a better experience! The space itself is wonderful and provides a number of organic distressed warehouse backdrops. We built fake walls into the location easily where needed. With a number of bars hanging from the ceiling, our gaffers had no problem rigging lights. And with the thick doors to the street there were no issues with external sound. We had a crew of 30 and this space accommodated us nicely, including the green room for our actors. Parking in the local neighborhoods was super easy and a short walk for everyone, which helped us save on expenses. The owner was available as needed, but also allowed us to operate very independently and get the shoot done. I highly recommend this location for your shoot!

The space is an incredible location and offers the square footage needed to have great film shoots! Michael the owner is friendly professional and very accommodating. His rates beat everything out there. Highly recommend your next film or photography gig here!

A rare in hidden gem!
My husband and I looked for nontraditional wedding venues throughout the city and this was the best! Exposed brick walls, vintage coffee billboards, rich history, and a great owner that’s easy to work with and an awesome guy~
