I did not go to the club house. I went to the Kings Point Monaco pool. Open to 10:30 nightly. You must be a Kings Point Resident or Accompanied Guest to go here.

Thousands of small and low priced condominiums, with a huge clubhouse and multiple golf courses. One and two story buildings (most without elevators).
Two gates with guards, and ID required to enter. Monthly HOA fees for owners.

Just don't eat there. The service sucks. After waiting 20 minutes the waitress comes over to say they did not have white bread for a sandwich. This was not known earlier. I got up and left
Will never eat their again or have a nice thing to say about the restaurant.

For me it's great right next door I wish they had some ping pong tables in there also it's a Hidden Gem in the King's Point Community.
