Awful product. Bought a unit and filter, unit didn’t work. Dealt with terrible customer service until they sent me a new filter. Still didn’t work. They sent me new unit and new filter. Worked for 6 months. New filter was auto shipped, unit wouldn’t turn on with new filter. Sent me another filter, unit still didn’t work with this filter. Obviously these products are not technologically sound and nothing is QC’d. I’ll be throwing everything away.

The filter just stopped working after a little over 2 years, I changed the filter every time on time and use it only in my room. The filter started to give an error and then it started to do an update and every time it reached 5% it went back to 0%. I called customer service, and they told me to a buy a used one If I want because the warranty is over after 2 years.
Very bad quality for the price you pay. I wont recommend this product to anyone.

I changed my review to five stars because the company finally agree to change my filter unit at no cost to me.

DO NOT buy any products from this company. I bought an Air Purifier over a year ago It was expensive but my friend told me it will help my allergies. In the last couple of months all of sudden I could not program my Air Purifier on my apps and would not let me log in. I proceeded to contact the help desk and for two days over an hour each day on the phone. I feel like talking to a wall when I have to deal with the customer service staff. With their assistant last night I tried to reset my password over a dozen time which did not work. They told me they would have IT ESCALATE the issue and have someone called me back which it never happened. When I called again for the fourth or fifth time all I get is the run around from staff that do not know what they are doing. How hard is it to get your password reset so that you can login into the apps.? Would you as consumer buy these expensive products and when you need technical support all you get is negative attitude and the run around. Most important when you have a legitimate complaint you can't even speak to management in the San Francisco corporate headquarter which I live several miles away. There's a Action Speaks Louder Then Words!

For such an expensive piece of hardware, I have been disappointed that it often looses connection with my internet. So then when I need to modify settings from my phone, I can’t. I end up having to call tech support, have them trouble shoot, and waste time. This has happened monthly since I got it. I finally learned how to reset on my own, but for a piece of equipment that runs nearly $1,000 in a market with many lower cost options, it seems like this shouldn’t be happening. Plus in researching options now, it seems like Molekule isn’t even that good at air purifying. Would not buy again and will be happy to replace when the time comes.

During this unprecedented time, we all need to stay as safe as we can, inside and outside of hour homes. With the Molekule Air Mini+ my air at home stays clean. I really like how it provides the right amount of cleaning automatically and I don't really have to think about it. I feel confident that the Air Mini+ is doing what it is suppose to do. If you're on the fence about whether to purchase one of these units or not, do your self and your family a favor - Get one. It's a smart investment in your health and theirs.

Do not buy this product. Even at its highest setting it is outperformed by purifiers 1/10th it's price. The only way to buy it is on their website where they force you to make an account to be able to buy it. Then they go ahead and put you an an auto renewal program for their precious filters. You can't say no to the auto renewal when you buy the purifier, you have to cancel it later.

DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought 2x air purifiers and returned without even opening. It's been almost a month and I'm still receiving the same run around every time I call customer support - "an account specialist will be in touch with you to discuss your refund."

Customer service is AWFUL. They autoshipped over $300 of un-needed filters to me. When I returned they claimed they had not received and asked for fedex receipts. I have spent $1000s on their product and am not trusted that I returned a package to them? I've spent several days now trying to fix this. Do not buy from them!!!!!
