For flatbeddera drivers, they're fast.. You back in when told, and loaded me in 8 minutes 40k lbs. and then you pull out, out the way of other trucks and secure and tarp. The people are nice as well. Wouldn't mind being sent here again.

Arrived at 07:40. They start shipping at 0800. They said it would be 30-45min before they could get to me. 1hr later they come out at told me the were loading another truck that just recently arrived. 20min later they backed me in. Loaded my trailer aggressively. Bent the rubrail on the trailer. Then hector had an attitude when they brought out the paperwork. "I don't have a problem" or maybe I do. I'm just not mature enough to talk about it. So I'll just show my little temper tantrum. Don't waste your time with this place. Cheap freight and bad attitudes.

Once we arrived, we didn’t have to wait to get loaded. We were told to back into the door and we got loaded immediately. It took MAYBE 15 minutes to get loaded. I pulled out and secured the load. What I liked about this place was there were several food trucks that passed by. It made it easy to get a bite to eat before hitting the road, eliminating having to stop off at a truck stop. The food trucks had very good food too. The reason this place didn’t get 4 stars is because they don’t have a public restroom or even a port-o-potty.

Loader was fast friendly,,but I needed to use the restroom and wasn't allowed by office staff( employee use only) I mean if you're not going to allow driver's to use the restroom at least have a porta potty...
