Not needing a overnight parking because they work 24 /7 when you get there I have the proper pick up information they will load you precisely and seeing you on your way. Nice clean facility and the people are very professional. I had great interaction at this facility the first time here.

The young lady that greets you at the shipping office is very professional and so kind.

The only issue I have is the restrooms there look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. I was scared to touch anything in there.

The African female who receives you at the shipping office is very unprofessional. She literally just sits there while you wait at the window. She doesn't greet you or speak. She just assumes everyone has been here before. This is the first representation of this company we encounter, sadly. She doesn't seem to enjoy or even like her job in any way and seems to have taken on the challenge to make sure everyone she comes across is just as miserable as her. Her rudeness didn't work on me..I stayed happy in spite of her and everyone else was very pleasant. The men inside the loading dock were helpful and professional. Got us in and out quickly. Hope her life starts to look up or she finds a job she really enjoys.

I arrive at 2 pm and the appointment was 3 pm I’m still waiting. I called number she transfer my call to someone twice no one answer my call and I’m still waiting please if see this text respond or tell someone to do the job it’s 3:30 pm I don’t now if my load ready or no and the shipping office also have no idea. I have been in office twice they make me waiting
