I've been # 1 for apartment in Geneva Retirement Center for months, I just found out that there have been one vacant for quite some time. Why does it take so long to get something done. They don't return calls.

Just if you become a tenant I hope you never need to call maintenance. Called maintenance today the guy showed up and said because it’s cool the AC is working fine. I cannot get my apartment to maintain a normal temperature in the daytime. Last months bill was $285 for electric I stay in a tiny two bedroom. I have a busted back window been that way since I moved in the first six months I went there every month and complained nothing has been done about it I’ve been staying here for nearly 2 years tbh just fine a better company to rent from.

My Mother has been living in the ones in Ozark and BED BUGS ARE SOOO BAD THEY ARE NOT MAKING THE ENTIRE COMPLEX GET TREATED SO THEREFORE THE PROBLEMS WILL ALWAYS EXIST DO NOT MOVE THERE‼️‼️‼️
