I am a frequent customer at this store, before today I would have given a 5 star review as others have. Today, however, I was dismayed and uncomfortable going into this store. After multiple robberies, the windows are boarded up, the inventory is limited and the staff is clearly traumatized. As a victim of a home invasion robbery myself, I was anxious and wondered if someone might come in to harm or rob while I was there. They seriously need security at this store. The guys that work there are amazing, and have literally spent hours helping me over the last decade. The bag I went in for was not available, likely it had been stolen. No way I’m driving to the other store in Dublin.

I've been coming here from time to time for many years now. Everyone at this location has been very polite, helpful and professional. Whenever there is an issue with my order, they call right away to assist with resolving it. Although their website is very user friendly, it's nice to have an actual brick n mortar store for this kind of work since not everything can be done well online with bots. Keep up the good work!

I went a couple months ago to develop my film. I walked into the store holding my camera. The back of the camera had opened (I was messing with it, and opened it on accident). I have developed film like this before, and the majority of the film turned out was fine - just 2 or 3 photos were gone. The store employee said to me before I get to the counter, "That film is completely gone." He explained to me that I would basically be wasting my money if I tried to develop it, even though only part of the film was exposed to light. I asked him if he could replace the roll with a new one a gave him (I had plans of taking my roll to another shop to develop it), and he ripped out all of the film. He was ripping it out using his entire arms length, destroying the entire film. I am not an expert in film, but I do know from experience that opening the back of the camera does not ruin all of the film, just the ones exposed to light. I also know that you should not need to rip of all of the film in a roll to replace a roll in a camera. I called the store manager, and he was mostly nice about it. He apologized and offered me free film rolls, but I am devastated by losing that roll. It had a years worth of photos on it. This experience was lowkey traumatizing, and I will not be returning to this location. Super unfortunate because it is in a really good location.

I bought my first camera yesterday and Shawn was a huge help. He was very patient, taking the time to talk me through feature comparisons and had very knowledgeable answers to my many questions. Shawn is truly passionate at what he does, which makes him an extremely valuable resource for customers like me who need all the guidance they can get. The customer service was great. They were able to find my NIKON battery at one of their other stores and had it sent to their store w/in a couple of days. They still develop film there too!
