I called and they looked up the part I needed for my washer to make sure they had it in stock. Took about 5 minutes if that to get the part I needed. Very helpful

Called for a part. I was told it would be at Sherwood location in 2 days. Went to store for pick-up 2 days later. Did not receive a call that the part came in. Arrived at store to be told that the part is not in their system and the part was never ordered with the information I gave. Front desk called the warehouse to see if they had the part and/or if their system was showing incorrect. Warehouse said they did not have the part. Front desk said they would order the part from the manufacture and it would be a 10 day waiting period, then call me when they had the part. The following day I went to another appliance parts store. The store ordered the same part from mid south and it was shipped and in my hands in 2 days. Midsouth still hasn't called to me to say the part arrived. Needless to say I've shopped at mid south for over 15 years and never had this bad of customer service! Same part but ordered by a different company and the part magically appears! Lost a customer midsouth.

I briefly (in probably ten words or less) described my issue and the man behind the counter correctly identified the necessary fix. I came back the next day and he had the part already sitting on the counter. Top notch customer service from people who know what they are talking about. Can't recommend them enough.

I have visited your stoe several times. They are always very very helpful. Your employees are so knowledgeable on whatever appliance I have a problem with. They are always willing to advise, and or show me how to fix my situation. It is a rare opportunity to have your type of employees. TWO THUMBS UP

The best place in town for appliance parts! Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They don't try to over sell parts you won't need & will happily print out diagrams if you need. This is the only place I buy appliance parts from, they're honest & helpful. Highly recommend them!
