I submitted an order for custom printed towels on Aug 1 for an important event.
They had a problem retrieving my design from their online system, so I sent a screenshot.
3 weeks later the towels finally arrive. They are AWFUL, unusable, nothing like they show on their website. Chase (customer service) states they never should have been printed and blames the Print Manager.

I asked they be reprinted as it is still nearly 2 weeks until my event. I’m told they must do other orders first! After having to beg for my reprint to be prioritized I receive very condescending emails from Blythe – the sister of the company president. They can ‘sneak me in’ but only if I pay expedited shipping ($88). I understand mistakes happen but am very disappointed with the response from a company that uses a narrative of how much their family cares to sell their products. The terse, condescending emails from company leadership were a real wakeup call – I dropped my request to reprint. If you have an important project -- don't go here.
