We met Scott & his dad back in 2013 when they designed a freezer / Fridge Combo unit for us as we were embarking on repurposing a local small cafe in our area. They were amazing to work with then & throughout our last 11 years of being in business. We have called them when we needed support over the years and now they are fabricating a new door for our walk in cooler. We highly recommend them. I will attach a picture once it’s installed.

We had designed and purchased a Walkin cooler and freezer and sent to the Turks and Caicos Islands for installation in Marine Room restaurant. It has worked out fantastic... 1. if you are building a restaurant make sure you get a walk-in and 2. Miami Walk in coolers did an amazing job, they are experts and everything was designed well and quality and fit to purpose.

I purchased a walk-in cooler/freezer in 2013. We were in the market for another walk-in and reached out to Scott with Miamiwalk in. I still had him saved in my contacts. I was so happy he answered. 11 years later we have NOT had an issue with the walk-in. The compressors and mechanical equipmpent are solid, no issues in 11 years!

Small hiccups mostly associated with 3PL, but Scott and Ahmed were quick and eager to correct the issues. Excellent customer service and product knowledge to ensure the issues were properly identified in order to provide the proper solution. Product quality seems solid thus far!
