I have had to wait before, but only because they were busy! Always polite to me and smile at my muy malo Español! When trying to order meat. The hot foods I have gotten were all good as well. Been shopping there for many years and plan to continue. I am more than happy to have a carneceria close enough to not have to take an ice chest 😉

Worst place ever. No AC, takes 30-40 minutes just to get from the meat counter to the deli counter/hot food. Waited 30 mins just to TRY to get some ceviche. Want any cheese? Gotta wait for someone's food to be cooked before you can move up. If you want to wait in line while a family of 46 wants to stand and talk to the people working so you waste your time.... this place is for you.

Changing my review to 3 stars. The last 2 times I been there they were prompt and wasn't ignored.

Double check your prices before paying! Got charged more then the sticker price. That's how the probably rip people off. I'm going to always check before paying now. I'd post a picture but u sure how to lol.

Every time I came here they were SUPER busy but not with customers, just amongst themselves. You will be attended “cuando se les inche los huevos”.. The first couple of times I left because I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait. But this last time I was waiting by the meat area for over 10mins (no customers in there, just me and my kids) some guy finally came to the area where I was at and ask if I wanted something, I said yes and I told him what I wanted and then he walked away and went back to talking with his co-workers. I literally waited for about 5 more minutes. I was there long enough to notice they had an unusual amount of flies and at this point I just left. I figured they didn’t want my business nor did I want their fly infested food. Worse customer service EVER!

Carne asada burrito with rice and beans and cheese. very very good. also the fish combo is my favorite! make sure you call an hour ahead so they can have it ready for you.

I have to give at least 1 star to leave a review but if I could I would give zero! The people who work there are rude. Won’t pay any attention to you as you’re staring at them waiting to be noticed. I could understand if there’s people ahead of me but the place was empty and full of flies.. RED FLAG! I believe all these “4 star” reviews are from their friends and family tryna cover up what’s really going on here. I seen a post of a guy waiting there a long time (like myself) and instead of apologizing to their customers they had the nerve to respond rudely. Don’t believe me? Look for yourself. Health department needs to be called on these people ASAP!
