From our initial consultation Dr. Metz was immensely patient, taking the time to explain my son's treatment to me. All of the staff are very nice and take great care of you, starting with Cherie at the front! They explained the process very thoroughly and answered all of my questions which made me feel comfortable. The doctor is also super gentle, you barely feel a thing!

Absolutely amazing! I had a consultation today due to needing a new retainer set. Everyone was so kind and professional. They explain everything to you, show and explain the options you have, things that can be done and allow you time to think things over instead of pressuring you to make a decision. I highly recommend coming here, I wish I had all of my orthodontic work done here!

Amazing Patient/Customer care. My Son has braces and ran out of rubber bands the day after Christmas when his outside provider orthodontist was closed but Metz was open and the staff were incredibly kind! They gave us some bands even though my son doesn’t go there since we were in a pickle. They have amazing awesome staff!

My dentist referred me to Metz in Lutz for Invisalign. I made an appointment for 11/5/24 and it was confirmed twice via text. When I arrived the reception informed me I didn’t have an appointment. When I showed her the text confirmation she said it was cancelled 🤔. She spoke with management and told me they could do the X-rays now, but they would have to try and fit me in to be seen. I politely declined, thanked her and left.

Our oldest started with Dr. Metz in 2017 and we've had at least one kiddo in braces with him ever since. This is not by default - many excellent orthodontists worth considering have moved into the area in the last 6 years. Dr. Metz and his staff have truly earned our business time and time again. He has an excellent chair-side manner - with kids and adults! His staff is incredible - genuinely caring, always smiling and professionally on point! Appointments are like clockwork. It's overall just a great experience. Most importantly, he cares about his work. Terrific results and after-care.
