I called metro welding to come out and weld my aluminum trailer it was great! they offer mobile welding in ft.lauderdale they also gave me a quote to repair the gate at my home which we will be using there welder service for. they came out fast and the price was very good. The two last jobs were done poorly. I was not around. It would’ve been good if I would’ve been around. The job before the last one the welder did not care and welded the cradle, crooked and borrow 4 or 5 cutting disc from us. I would’ve liked a little bit more Welding on the gossets.

I had an emergency needing a skilled welder. It was late on a Friday 3 days from Christmas holiday and the guys fit me into the schedule. The name of the welder who came to the house. His name escapes me, but I can tell you he is a very skilled welder. I highly recommend Metro Welding!

I am a professional artist in a a suburb of Washington DC. I created a large expensive stainless steel sculpture for a client on Key Biscayne. Unfortunately, during transit, it had some minor damage. This was a nightmare for me, I either had to travel to Miami to fix it or contact someone local. Being that it was artwork, not a railing or something more typical, I was worried about finding someone willing to even LOOK at it. Also, my client had already waited for the sculpture for four months, so they wanted it fixed immediately. What could I do?

I was SO lucky to find Metro welding! I contacted them around 8:30 am and later they traveled all the way to Key Biscayne that SAME DAY. I was impressed that they gave me an arrival time of 2 pm to pass on to my client and actually showed up EXACTLY on time! (sure made ME look good!) Not only that, but they sent a text saying they were “10 minutes out” so I could have my client on the lookout for their arrival. (Also good, considering this exclusive property.)

Metro quickly assessed the damage, set up their equipment and had the sculpture repaired and shined back up in about 45 minutes. I had a text photo of the repair immediately for my approval. For the past 24 hours I was SO stressed OUT over this whole nightmare and by 3:00 they had repaired everything perfectly in a efficient, professional manor. My high-end client was extremely pleased!

I found the cost of their service -especially for mobile welding, very reasonable and although during corona times, money is tight, I even added a $60 tip on top of their bill for being such a lifesaver.

I would DEFINITELY use them again. I added them to my permanent business contacts since I ship to Florida frequently. I offered to write and post this review to express my appreciation for a job very well done. Their professionalism throughout, in this case, representing MY business turned a disaster into a success! I even got a note a few days later from my client expressing how well I handled this unfortunate situation. So I guess this review is actually TWO five star reviews in one!
