I had the Metal Structurers Company build a car port for my garage in 2024. Attached you can find the engineering drawings as provided by Metal Structurers for the car port. Attached are photos of the building after Hurricane Milton passed over Brevard County Florida. The maximum recorded winds in Brevard County were 105MPH. The 21 braces as indicated on the invoice / quote were not installed on the Car Port. The angle bracing as indicated by the drawing appear to have not been installed. As you can see from the pictures the building collapsed in the storm. As you can see in many places in the photos TAC welds were done instead of complete welds. I contacted Metal Structurers by way of my sales contact and offered to pay the cost to rebuild the structure. After review of the drawings and invoice, I felt Metal Structurers should not profit from a rebuild, considering the issues I found in the structure in relation to the drawings and the as sold invoice. I was told this was an act of God and to go pound sand in a nice way. In fact I was told it was my fault for the bracing not being installed in the car port. I never said not to put the required bracing in the car port and there is no document where I gave the OK to build the Car Port without the bracing as indicated by the Invoice or the drawings. This information, pictures and drawings are provided so you can make an informed decision before you buy a metal building.

Buyer beware. First off I would like to say I am a contractor and have been in business for myself for a while now Advanced Mobile Welding and fitting out of Jacksonville fl you can google me.
So let’s get started 1st off the sales man for them is “American projects” another company based out of Jax not in house sales men they work off commission. Very pushy and when I asked if they are a 3rd party or do they do the work he assured me that they do all the work in house. That’s lie number 1 which I didn’t find out till another company called “metal structures of lessburg” called to set up my install. Once confirmed date 2 weeks out I thought my building would be installed. Now here comes lie number 2, on the day of the “scheduled install “ I get a call from another sub contractor telling me his truck is broke down and he can’t do the install till Monday the 1st. So miraculously when I call the office to complain his truck is magically working again and he apologized and said he will be on site between 8-9 am on the 28th. Now he shows up at 11:15 and doesn’t do any layout. No tape measure, no string line, nothing! He takes one footer tube and anchors it in my slab. Realizes he didn’t do it right cuts out the anchors and anchors it again in the wrong spot TWICE! He proceeded to tell me my slab was not square and there will be some imperfections and an over hang?!tell them I will be home in 45 min and that my slab is not out of square I will be there to show you. Once I got home they were gone I was left with two cut off anchor bolts and two sticking out of the slab they left Red Bull cans and even put my chairs under the canopy I had so they could sit and enjoy some shade! NO CARPORT! Upon reviewing my security camera you can see they didn’t bring the right tube and tried to point blame on me! I am disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and lack of skill in their installers. I spoke with Gerald last week who is the supposed manager. And now I can’t get in touch with him and they do not know a time that they will be back to complete my install.

We had Metal Structures Company build our 50 x 40 ft Garage in Oxford and were amazed by the work ethic of the crew. Yuliana scheduled everything as promised and Juan and his team built the entire building in five days. They started on Monday and were done by Friday working from dawn to dark. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service and follow through. 👍

18×35 open RV port ,erected and anchored in grass field . Two weeks later , total loss caused by 50 mph gust. No help all. I offered to pay half for replacement. NO. Asked for a discount on replacement. No. Asked to talk to the owner. No. $5000 gone because it was not anchored correctly , rated for 145 mph winds, 50mph and it is gone. I still need a shed.
PS. After driving to their office and meeting with the owner, I have a building less than 3 weeks later. 20% discount, another $4000.

These guys are awesome! They go above and beyond without even being asked. They set up the brand new car port and even strengthened our other carport. They cleaned up after themselves, were professional and quick. We will definitely use them for all our future projects and refer them to anyone that might need them.

If you are looking to get that dream metal building/garage of your dreams then look no further. Metal Structures worked quickly and efficiently to help me obtain what I've been wanting for years. From the day I called them to let them know that my slab was ready for construction was exactly 13 days. Other companies were saying that their lead times were around 4 months or so. I will definitely do business with them again if I need another building.

We purchased an 18x30 shed and it was installed in April 2024. I really liked it but 4 months later and the door knob on the side entry door stopped working and we can't open the door. We tried taking the door knob off but the latch inside won't come out. I called the company and they said they would call me back to schedule a time to come out. That was 3 wks ago and today I was told it could be another 2 wks. They didn't know when they would come fix it. They offered to mail me door knob but I still can't get the old one off the door. Not good customer service. Don't recommend.
