I had a terrible experience at this place and I won't be returning. They have extremely strict cleanliness standards for trailers, and I was rejected because they found a tiny amount of hay. When I say tiny, I mean it was a minuscule particle.

Arrived 45 minutes before my appointment. Checked in on the tablet inside Door #2. Was in the door before my appointment time and was loaded within 30 minutes with paperwork in hand. No overnight parking but some street parking nearby

Kool spot it's alright just check in by dock 10 there's a tablet just put in all the info go back to the truck just don't nap they send a text message to dock up. 24hrs I believe appointment time was @3am the next day got loaded before that time . Lunch truck pull up

It's not a bad place to get loaded. Although if you ask me they require way too much information whenever you check in!! I'm almost waiting for the day when they start asking for you to hand over your first born child as part of the process!🤣
Staff isn't bad to deal with, they're professional the few times I've been here! They DO NOT have overnight which im both surprised and annoyed that no one has clarified in any of these previous reviews yet!!!!! But you are able to park out on the street. There's enough room for a handful of trucks Maybe.
They're pretty quick at loading you as well! Sometimes you have to wait your turn of course, but I've never been here more than a couple of hours. And once they do start loading you it goes very quick!!
The only real bad thing I can say about this place is that they have no bathroom for us. They have a couple of porta potties outside, but who wants to use those nasty things. Especially when it's hot outside!!

The staff is very friendly, if you arrived before your appointment, wait until they have time to charge you with a good parking space, bring a clean TRAILA without holes.

“16 Hours to get loaded”
I came here to pick up a load and arrived 2 hours before my appointment time and I was checking with the loaders for updates on to get a loading dock door, they were telling me that they will call me soon to assign me a dock door. After 16 hours, they finally called me to give me a dock door. Insane.
I called the broker to report the delay, broker promised me detention, but, they never paid me any detention compensation. I’ll avoid using the same broker and this shipper to pick up a load
It’s very unfortunate to still see situations like this happening nowadays where it feels like broker and shipper don’t care and respect drivers time.
All I can say is that I added these 2 in my “DO NOT USE” list. We’ll see you down the road. Enough said.

Hate going to this place. They reject your trailer sometimes 4 no reason they waste a lot of time specially the day shift. I really hope i never come back to this place at least wen there's a bald white forklift driver mannnn. Its always him.
