Kudos to Lee and Dawn Meredith. You have the best auto service establishment that I have encountered since moving to Florida 25 years ago. Your mechanic’s skills are complemented and exceptionally matched by the outstanding performance of your office staff, Hector, and Patty. I have been a Meredith customer since 2018 and on Monday, 02/10/2025, I had an issue with my 2011 Camaro. It would not start and needed a battery, starter, and differential drain. Although your service manager Hector was slammed with business, he was able to expedite and coordinate the repair process required by my Carshield Insurance Policy. Hector's and Patty's expertise, compassion, caring, and professionalism was remarkable and a breath of fresh air in today's times. They were able to complete the repairs in just two days. We have been going to Meredith for about four years now. Referred by a friend. Always provided excellent service, multiple times I would sit and wait for my car during the days that I could. I referred other people to them. Family owned and operated. I thought man have I found our place for all three of our family cars. The mechanic there Hector, amazing. The owners fantastic. Patty always communicative. However, last week we brought our sons 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse GT there, which we had to drop off for the day, which we did the night before. After school, my son went to pick it up. I had already paid the bill. His first time picking up from a mechanic. When he got home, he said they didn’t check the leak in the sunroof I checked the bill. I got charged. His first experience he felt like “he/we got ripped off”. I asked him did you ask the mechanic to open up the sunroof - to his inexperience he said no he didn’t know that he could. When I call back a couple days later, Patty, the receptionist confirmed that they had charged me for the sunroof, yet no work was done. I kindly asked her if My Son come by there after school just so Hector can take a look. That he could quickly show him how to open up the sunroof. That being said this car was garage kept one single owner, 41,000 miles on it when we purchased it. Upon her return phone call, she said it’s just not that easy to open it up and look. Is she a mechanic? I wasn’t going to argue with her. She said she would call me back to see if the owners can make an exception for My Son just coming by there and waiting for however long. Called me back - That was a hard no. I am giving one star because I feel like they didn’t even try , after all these years of being a dedicated customer, referring people, paying for whatever service not questioning one thing. Then for them to just be so dismissive of something that we would not have minded, could’ve been scheduled out in a month again we wouldn’t have cared. They will be refunding me the money charged for the sunroof. That’s the reason why they get one star. Do not recommend. These days, loyalty, trust, and standing by billing, completed work, is never a thing anymore. Very disappointing. Onto the next place.

Woke up to a dead battery in my Jeep Grand Cherokee today. Tried getting in to Jeep but they were backed up for 2 weeks and Autozone really had no idea how to change the battery on my vehicle. Remembered hearing about Meredith from a friend and decided to give them a call. They were able to get me in and out with a brand new installed battery within 40 minutes! Amazing service and fantastic staff! I honestly cannot say enough good things about these guys. We will definitely be moving all of our car maintenance needs to Meredith from now on!

Brought my wife’s car in with an issue that began with a failed repair in New York that should have been covered under warranty but the NY shop failed to document properly. Lee Meridith and his team (kudos to Hector) went above and beyond, leveraging their 40 year relationship with Napa Auto Parts to help us resolve an issue that had frustrated us for more than 2 months. Meredith tire is the only place I look to for my tire needs. This family shop excells in their craft. Not once has my rim been damaged here, they take their time and do it right. The owner Lee does his best to schedule you as soon as possible, no one enjoys a damaged tire, but at Meredith you are in great hands. It is a good feeling knowing they are there when you need them.

We have used this shop for years but today they convinced us never to come back or recommend them again. Our friend had trouble with a backup sensor and stripped bolt on the transmission. Another shop tried to swindle them into a new transmission! We knew the bolt could be fixed with a $10 part and some labor. We were willing to spend $300 for the job, which is very fair. They charged $650! The kicker is after it was done, they tried to get our friend to pay $650 more for an ABS sensor and claimed that it wouldn't drive over 3 mph! They said the car is not drivable but when it went into the shop it was fine. We go there and the story changes. It is drivable, just not with the ABS brakes working. Duh! Every one is out to get you these days and relationships mean nothing. .

I've been going to Meredith for more than a decade. We own a landscaping company with multiple trucks and trailers they service them all including my personal vehicles. I've never a problem with the service provided or the price. Lee and his staff are courteous, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.
