I moved away from Key West 5 years ago. Dr Norris office couldn't find any of my records as a patient. I called this office and Vivian was able to give me my records I needed based on the medical supplies I had purchased there. They had Dr Norris name on them. Without Vivian my records would have forever been lost! Thank you.

My husband forgot the tank to his cpap while on vacation here. We tried here, knowing it was a long shot, but we’re happily surprised when they had exactly what we needed and at a pretty reasonable price too. Service was very friendly and quick to help us. We definitely recommend!

I was on vacation in Key West when one of the magnets on my cpap strap broke. I was greeted by a friendly woman and I asked her if they sold any of the straps with the magnets. She said that they did not and said I would have to buy the entire headgear, which was relatively expensive. She then said she might have some spare parts from people who have returned equipment. She looked in a drawer and found two magnets and gave them to me free of charge. She saved me a lot of money and several nights of good sleep. Thanks!
