About 4 years ago this guy took a badger I hunted with a local friend. I called and asked about the job and said “It can’t be that long ago, everyone say’s that”. Well, the guy does some research and indeed, confirmed it was well over 1 year that had passed and he couldn’t remember what he did with my badger. I paid close to $1,000 and nothing till this day. I never hassled this guy, At the very least refund me my money. Don’t Recommend this place at all, total scam and worst experience. I can’t believe someone doing business in town behaving this cowardly, pathetic.

A buddy and myself brought 2 largemouth bass to this place in May of 21' and to this day still cannot get ahold of them. We paid half up front and were told it was supposed to take 8-12 months to finish. Its December 1st of 2023, still haven't heard a word from them. Complaint filed with the BBB. 0/10 would not recommend Mead for ANYTHING.

Took our fish in 17 months ago was told it takes 12 months paid up front. At 12 months we started calling trying to find out when it would be done at this point he didn’t even answer calls any more. The fish was under Greg Church!

Had a elk euro done and was extremely disappointed. In addition, I had a bobcat sent to him for a rug, and was disappointed again due to the poor craftsmanship and not abiding by my requests. I requested to get it fixed and he literally cut of the ends of the material and sent it to me after I paid him. Also it took him two years to get it back to me. We have red flagged him from all active duty Marines and retired Marines for any future business. When I called to ask why he said I was becoming a problem for him and to find another taxidermist.
