I regret coming here, I sold my car and they took forever to the point the bank was still asking for the monthly payment. Dealer excuse was the manager in charge of that quit so they put their hands in the air and said I don’t know how to help not my department. You as a customer is better off going to the Chevy dealer up the street. update they replied and said they paid it 4 days later which is a lie the check got sent out the 28th so 11 days later make it make sense guys

If there was another option I would take it, but McAuley is the only game in town... And Ford Service at all the dealerships I have used are the same...
The staff, both in the service department and cashier need to learn to treat customers as "valued customers", not just "doing their job". In the service area upon check-in I felt rushed, not heard (had to repeat my detailed question and dissect her reply since she did not clearly and detail the reply, only stated "The Works"), did not even look up my prior customer history, and was a bit dismissive. And I did not get a printout or estimate of the charges.
The cashier was rude and abrupt, no polite greeting at all, just want my information and money. I had to initiate a cordial greeting and interaction and even then her reply was not a "small town" reply more dismissive.
Now for what was good, the service was quick and I was called in a timely manner. But I was not told any details of the service and the service was NOT REVIEWED with me, I had to review the paperwork myself. And the paperwork has "squiggly" lines through the check boxes, not checks in each box. Really! That does not instill confidence the inspections were done.
3 of the 5 fluid were NOT topped off the the proper level.
I was not told where the vehicle was parked, I had to find it myself.
I buy Ford trucks because it is the only vehicle that can tow my 13,000 lbs combine horse, trailer, and gear.
My personal care is a Lexus and let me inform you, Ford Service DO NOT come close the the customer personal care and service I get at Lexus. Ford should take some lessons.

I wrote this letter to the dealership for their survey and I felt like sharing with you as well.

Extremely Disappointed with Service at McCauley Ford

Dear McCauley Ford Management,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your dealership. A few months ago, I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. Your team claimed to have fixed the issue, yet here I am again, dealing with the same problem. This time, I was informed that the EGR valve and another component needed to be replaced, at a cost of roughly $2,000.

I dropped off my truck in the morning, expecting this issue to be resolved. However, later that day, I received a call informing me that the mechanic broke two bolts off of the exhaust manifold. This mistake has now added an additional $1,500 to my bill, bringing the total to $3,500. I am beyond frustrated with the careless approach taken by your mechanics.

It is unacceptable that a mechanic would not take the necessary precautions, such as using break-free or another method, to prevent this kind of damage. Had I been notified before the bolts were broken, I would have had the option to take my truck elsewhere. Instead, I am left with an inflated bill due to negligence on your part.

Because of this experience, I will not be bringing any of my five vehicles to McCauley Ford for service again. Furthermore, I will no longer consider purchasing my next vehicle, a Ford Ranger, from your dealership.

I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
