Was pretty happy with the bed we had installed on our new truck, called back to see about having a hitch added (I was shocked it didnt come with one in the first place) ....was told the truck would have to be seen in person, there in Labelle im in Fort Myers, truck stays very busy, I asked if we could just send a slew of detailed pics, was told would still have to bring truck in....My real issue here is, SURELY they know how they built it, perhaps pull records/schematics etc ....In my business, I can pull records from years back and tell you EXACTLY what you have, and could answer any questions about it...I just expected more

Called 4 times leaving my name and number with a lady answering the phones never got a call back all i was wanting is a quote on a flatbed for my truck place is a joke.
