This company trash, they never answer the phone. They don't give you instructions on a job or train. They just have you show up and expect you to know everything already. When you show up, you got to wait everyday for a hour or so, just waiting for a manager or somebody just to pull your order. Then you get paid off your builds and what you build, they pretty much take half of that. If a grill 25, you making 7 to 8 dollars and once again, they'll never have you orders together. You always got to go find someone, so right there is time consuming. Then they gave your driving all around the city and a lot of times out the city, with no gas fair. So yes this job is a waste of time. They also never mentioned your pay, and when you ask about it, they get a whole attitude and some area managers want work with you. They'll say it ain't no work in the area, and may I remind you. Even though they don't got your work orders ready at store, they always say they have a lot of work, cause they can't keep technician. Keep that in mind also, big thing and like I said this job a waste of time. You'll be making less than 9 dollars a hour here, warned you.

I applied for a job position through this company called M&C ASSEMBLIES and I was hired on October 18th, 2024. And started my first day on Monday October 20th, 2024. And my Boss Gavin Gragg is a awesome Boss. Then my co-worker Ray Coram was very helpful on my first day of work and we went to Lowe's in Hamilton, OH. where I assembled a propane grill for a customer. Then we went to Home depot in Harrison, OH. and I assembled another big grill plus 4 huge Husky 52" long toolboxes on wheels. Then I took some courses and got Certified for them and I know how to assemble those items too. Later I will get the Certificates printed out for me.

This company is a scam. The manager of the North Florida area, Charity is very deceptive and misleading when explaining the commission and pay rate for the assembly piece work. Im ashamed of myself for waisting my time with this company for 2 weeks to find out that I've been making less than $7 p/hr. This should be illegal. Avoid at all cost or learn a hard lesson like I did.

Being very mechanical incline I'm able to put products together in a very timely matter
Pay is is a Lil lower then it should be bur I can deal with that Problems I have is that you don't know were your Goin for an assembly event sometimes only 2 hours in advanced and it may be an hour and a half away almost never know the day before
Also there are times you show up at the assembly location and may have to wait a full hour for the store to pull your items because they had no clue your was coming that day the biggest plus I can say is that your hours are very flexible it be a great place for some extra money but not much to make a career out of

I purchased a grill from Home Depot and paid to have it assembled. I had to call the company to see when someone would contact me to schedule for the assembly and the customer service rep acknowledged that it had been over a week since I had confirmed and was waiting to schedule assembly. She asked for a few days and said they were backed up which I understood. I got a call from Brion. He was very respectful and professional on the voicemail he left. I returned his call and he was pleasant to speak with. He scheduled me for 1pm-2pm on 4/8. 4/8 arrived and he showed up at 9am which was no problem at all. He showed me where it was rescheduled to this earlier time which I didn’t receive an update but was home anyway. Brion assembled my grill in a very timely manner. He took the time to pull every piece out and inspect it and showed me all the pieces as well. He put it together in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after himself. He notified me when it was done. Even waited until I was able to cut the grill on before leaving. Brion showed respect and attention to detail. Give this man a raise or promotion. He was very easy to deal with. I am located in Richmond, VA.
