This is an excellent company with excellent products. I would recommend doing business with this company, as they were extremely professional. One of the items I ordered was on back-order and they went above and beyond to split my order and ship the available items immediately and ship the back-order items as soon as they were available from another warehouse location. Customer service was very responsive and courteous. The product is excellent quality and finish. I can't say enough about this company and product, and I've already returned to place a second order. Happy shopping... this is your one stop shop for all sign & protective barrier hardware needs!

Used standard offs for several projects. The black was used in a interior bar sign. They disappeared into the art. Your eyes don't go to them.

You order on their website, and then it all falls apart:

- Get an email three hours later saying the part listed on their website in-stock is not in stock!

- After confirming my order, get another email an hour later, saying they are unable to meet the agreed shipping timeframe as they do not have the stock in the right factory. The new delivery date was after the completion of my project. Costing me extra to bring my contractor back.

A truly disappointing experience as a first time customer. I would not recommend.
