Maxim Healthcare is one of the greatest companies that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. The office staff is great any time I have ever called my questions have always been answered. They are very knowlegable about the information that I need. Maxim Healthcare nurses are the best nurses I have ever met. I have been around my share of nurses. Very compassionate and loving. They take excellent care of my child. I would recommend Maxim to any one.

STAY AWAY FROM MAXIM…Worst company I’ve ever encountered, they promised to staff you but they only say that to get you as a client, don’t even get me started on how poorly they pay their nurses, underpay is an understatement, poor nurses working 12hrs shifts to get paid crumbs I was with them for almost a year and I got nothing but empty promises.

Worst homecare EVER!!!

Some of The nurses who they used to sent to us were Bring in their blankets at night to sleep, they used to be on their phone 📱 most of the time, and when I complaint against them they deliberately stop sending us nurses!!!

Terrible service, totally unprofessional!! Please seek a different home care for your own good and peace of mind.

Finding the right nurse is a process. Sometimes they work out and sometimes they don’t but I will say that the company tries to find good matches. They’re very responsive to any issues you may have, they make every attempt to fill your schedule and the staff are always nice and personable.

As a nurse, I was not familiar with healthcare services at home base before.
However, I find out while working for this company, many people want to stay at home with their sweet family rather than in hospital setting while receiving the services. In fact, it is essential for the babies and children. We can become a part of their family. I am very proud of working at Maxim Healthcare Services.
