Max helped me purchase a condo. I was a first time homebuyer and he and his team helped me through the entire process. My loan amount was relatively small (for the Bay Area) so I was concerned about finding a lender who would be attentive, but Max treated me like a VIP. Max was great to work with from start to finish on our home buying journey. In the early days he patiently explained the loan process to me (first time home buyer), and he got pre-approval letters turned around very quickly. Then once we found our house and the offer was accepted he was just as prompt and helpful throughout the application and approval process... all the way through to closing. Oh, and PNC had the lowest rates of the banks I looked at for our loan. So that's great too. I recommend anyone going through this process to work with Max.
