worst place to take out a loan, go somewhere else!
TL;DR go with discover loans they are 100% better!

I just finished paying out a loan I took from them 3 years ago, and its by far the worst place to take out a loan from.
Did I miss payments? yes. Did they call me everyday, sometimes twice a day to ask me why I missed my payments? Yes they did.

You would explain to them the situation you have, and the following day they would ask you the same question, like they never looked at the notes.
While I missed my payments and couldn't answer for few days, they called my family asking them about the payments( how they got their numbers? I have no idea.) Towards my last payments they would put me on hold for 30 minuets, and when I tried calling from a different number they answered after 1 min( they said it was busy, but 1 min vs 30 min for few days doesn't sound right)
One of the worst places to take out a loan from!
