Simply the worst to deal with. They ship units that die when plugged in, then blame it being plugged in for a compressor dying. Then they don’t pay their warranty techs. I would give a negative review if possible. I don’t recommend anyone using this sub par “refrigeration” equipment.

Here posting as a refrigeration technician, just wanted to drop a positive line for these guys. Had some off issues with a few cases over the past few weeks and Jeff with tech support is awesome. Very patient, knowledgeable of his product, and will help you get the answers you're looking for. Plus as a side note they make a much better case than Howard/McCray if your in the market for a new display case. Would definitely recommend a Marc!

Fantastic customer service, thank you Bob. Purchased the case pre-owned through a restaurant supply. I have reached out to them twice for questions regarding this particular unit, once before delivery and today right after delivery over the weekend. There patience and knowledge is spot on. They build a really good product but more importantly they appreciate your support by bending over backwards to offer you theirs. Consider me a happy shopkeeper in Texas

Horrible service, zero stars. Marc Refrigeration sent us a meat display, purchased from Atlanta Equipment Company. The equipment was pre paid months in advance. Equipment arrived with no refrigerant gas, and a damaged control board. It took us 2 days of lost sales to fix it. Marc Refrigeration did not pay the technician job, which they approved. Be careful with Marc Refrigeration.

I manage a sub shop in Missouri. Had an issue with our Meat Case which is manufactured by Marc Refrigeration. Contacted the company by phone to see about setting up a service call for a warranty repair immediately. I can’t afford to have my meat case out of service even for a day. The gentleman I spoke with asked me to describe what my issue was. I gave him a run down and he told me he knew exactly what the issue was and would walk me through the repair over the phone step by step. Less than 10 minutes later, my meat case was back up and running utilizing a simple bypass. He let me know what part I needed to get to replace it and sent me an email with the part number while I was on the phone with him. This company handled itself extremely professionally and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received today. We will continue to do business with Marc Refrigeration as long as they are around! Top notch!!
