Outstanding customer service. Superb attention to detail and exceptional quality just begin to describe Marble Florida. We were so frustrated because we couldn’t find travertine in the “Big Box Stores”. What we did find, was what you see in every single home. Marble Florida in Tampa has not only a wonderful showroom, but you’re also able to walk their lot. It was almost overwhelming with the variety of stunning stone. Ali was beyond, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Just before our travertine shipment left Marble Florida, they inspected all of our crates and replaced a few broken pieces so that we received our complete order. We’re not only raving fans, but now lifelong customers! We have phase two and three renovations early 2021 and we’re looking forward to doing business with them again. Initially, I was hesitant of ordering these marble tiles, out of state. After speaking with Ali (owner), I took a chance. Price was best I could find. These are same tiles that are in Lowes and Home Depot special order. Ali kept me in a loop all the way from loading/shipping/delivery. What a wonderfull customer service. I was expecting few broken tiles for these marble tiles. I just unloaded them and not a single tile was broken. I highly recommend ordering from Marble Florida. Ali you are awesome. I was looking for marble/granite tiles for flooring in my home. On my way to Floor & Decor in Brandon, saw this store and decided to check it out.

Boy, I was surprised and impressed with the selection that this store has. Being very choosy and bargain minded, I visited several different places in Tampa including the big stores (Floor & Decor, StoneMart).

In end, I purchased marble tiles from this shop.

The experience was great. The shop owner (Ali) is one of the most professional and courteous individual. My tiles had to be shipped from Miami. Ali kept me informed daily on the progress.

The price that I got was the most economical of all the places. The quality was same if not better than other prominent places.

I would strongly recommend this place.

We had been looking for travertine tiles here in Northwestern Virginia and were not able to find much variety, could not find what we were looking for, especially at a reasonable price. We decided to search online and found Marble Florida. We contacted them and Ali replied to us in no time. We were able to ask questions and Ali was very thorough answering everything and calming our fears of buying this product from Florida. We told him exactly what we wanted in the specific color range and Ali sent us samples. We purchased 550 sq ft at a very good price and Ali assured us that the tile would be inspected and well packaged before loading onto a truck. It took only a few days to get here to Virginia and there was no damage to the tiles. Our contractor was impressed of the way the tiles were packaged and the beautiful tiles we purchased from Marble Florida. Our kitchen and breakfast room look beautiful with the travertine tiles and we are very happy with the final results. We will definitely buy from Marble Florida for our next project, which might be our master bath and yes we highly recommend them. Great customer service!!!

Marble Florida what a great find! Ali was so helpful! He was able to find a match for our existing 24" white marble floor tile we had, after sending photos, to finish our house renovation in California. He called around to get the best shipping rate, packed it so well, not one tile was cracked or broken and sent it quickly.The floor looks even better than we ever hoped and much more reasonable than anyplace we found elsewhere.

I purchased silver marble flooring from Marble Florida and I am amazed with the service that Ali provided. Ali is very professional and all customer oriented. When I had issue with installer during installation, Ali even came to installation site and talked to the installer on mistakes they were making. I went to other stores in brandon and tampa and found prices much higher than what I found in Marble Florida. Ali doesn't lie, he does what he says, and you wont' get any surprises.

I highly recommend Marble Florida. I called from out of town with questions about caring for my travertine floors that I thought needed extensive work. Ali spoke to me by phone several times, requested photos to determine the condition of the floors, and recommended the appropriate treatment. It turned out the floors needed much less work than I had thought. Ali quickly shipped me what I needed to get the job done myself and saved me a lot of money!
