Although as a first timer here the forklift driver was cool told me what I needed to do. But since LA traffic isn’t the best we were 90 minutes late and told dock 2 or 3 whichever was open. Parked on the dock at 1738, it’s now 1940 and no one has even bothered to come to our truck. The woman in the truck next to me fell asleep waiting if that’s any idea. And they went to the truck that parked after me! Ugh this place is something else.

I had literally no problems getting unloaded in 45 minutes. Yes, the shipping/receiving office is in a weird place. If you're facing the doc doors, go right along the sidewalk and you see the sign.

I'm not sure why everyone has had such a bad experience here. I delivered at 18:00. Got here around 17:45, checked in, scaled, was put in dock 2, unloaded in about 90 minutes and then they allowed me to take my rest break in the side lot. Everyone I spoke with was great.

Nice place appointment was 6pm checked in 4pm got emptied in an hour when u enter the Gate go straight on the scale with your truck they will give u the door right away

Avoid this place at all costs! The worst place I have been in a very long time. Appointment at 1130 here it is 2 hours past closing time 6pm, and truck is still half empty. I should have listened to the reviews myself. Your ok if you have Ltl loads, or local drivers. Guess I can’t even complain as there are trucks that showed up a couple hours before me still here as well. You have been warned!

I have used their grout about numerous times. Every time I follow the exact directions printed on bag and every time the grout turns yellow within a week or so. Horrible product .I feel I should be reimbursed for having to re-grout every bathroom we used this grout in.
