Rings are disappointing as the words can't be seen or read. I returned the items and then realized over 3 weeks later, I never got my refund. I contacted them. I was asked for and provided the tracking information and proof of delivery back to them. I was told "they didn't get it and do I have the tracking number". Apparently they don't read emails either. So for a second time, I provided screenshots of the information. I finally received my refund. Unfortunately I can't recommend this vendor. Maybe my situation was an anomaly - but they 'lost' my return, failed to read my response to "their" request and didn't even apologize for their mistakes!
