During a Home Depot pickup in January, my wife and I were outside the tracking dock playing with our dogs when we overheard the manager of the logistics department making an inappropriate sexual comment towards a woman at the dock. To make matters worse, he also engaged in inappropriate behavior by grabbing himself. Another gentleman standing nearby appeared uncomfortable and walked off. Later that evening, after the manager had left, I went into the building and asked some workers on break outside the door how to report such behavior. Their response was suggesting that reporting such incidents often led to no action being taken. Despite this, I insisted on speaking with a member of the human resources department. I reached out on 1/4, 1/8, and 1/9, while my wife reached out on 1/11. Unfortunately, we were met with unprofessionalism from a lady who implied that if we did not report the incident immediately, nothing could be done. This response left me feeling enraged, especially considering I have young daughters and would not want them to experience such behavior. Following this disappointing interaction, my wife and I decided to let the matter rest. However, on a recent visit to pick up an order, some of the same employees that I approached before approached me and mentioned that my witness account could be valuable, as other employees had also witnessed and reported similar incidents. Only to learn that the behavior was known throughout the building and nothing came out of it. Instead of reaching out to Human Resources again, I am sharing my experience here in the hope that it will bring attention to the issue. I am willing to provide a formal complaint with details such as the time, date, and description of the manager involved. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter.
Sorry to the young ladies that have to deal with this kind of behavior at the place of work.

This is a very unprofessional place. My load was pushed back from 14:00 to 18:00. I got here way before my appointment time. Three hours went by and my load still wasn’t done. The workers were playing loud music and doing minimum work. A lot of them were in the parking lot roaming around. The manager that was on duty had an attitude and didn’t want to talk to anyone. Truckers if you come here make sure you have a full clock because you are going to be waiting a long time.

5pm appointment i got here a lil early they tell me they still picking my order. Ok cool. Now its 3hrs later still no door still no communication. If i was an owner operator i would never pick up from here.

Este lugar carece de profesionalismo, hay maltrato al trabajador y recursos humanos nunca hace nada! Hay muchos empleados los cuales han pasado por situaciones de acoso sexual y discriminación, en la orientación resaltan que la empresa se preocupa por sus empleados en todos los aspectos pero realmente todo es mentira! No trabajen ahí por su salud mental!
