My friend and I went to Mail & Parcel to get our fingerprints done for our jobs and we were so pleased! Ray and his coworker were kind, patient, and efficient. They knew exactly what we needed as soon as we walked in and helped provide all the paperwork. They process was easy and quick. Would happily recommend for all your fingerprinting needs! They also have a variety of stamps available for purchase which is always a bonus.

I went there for my live scan for one of my license. It was very quick process, maybe since I went in the morning, and it’s way more affordable than other places around. I think the gentleman helping me out was Ray, definitely seemed knowledgeable. I saw they offered other services, so I highly recommend.

Don’t go here for fingerprints. They’ll be rejected and you won’t be given a refund. Never had this issue with fingerprints taken anywhere else so won’t be coming back.

Absolutely terrible staff. I tried calling just now to confirm my package was at this location before going to pick it up, and I was told to “Call back because we have a line of people calling”?! I called first, i do not see the issue in attending to me first. I called back, and the man was very obviously upset and on edge and unwilling to help me. Very rude and bad customer service. Never coming here again in the future.

I needed a Live Scan service for my license renewal and this business was on the BRN list. So glad I found Mail & Parcels Plus. No appointments needed. I brought my form ready and DL. Got fingerprinted and my form faxed and done! Easy as that! Thanks for your assistance today Mr. Aga. I highly recommend this business.

I have been going to this location for just about anything (printing, scanning, faxing, mailing, taking passport pictures, notorizing, etc)for a few years now. The associates are very friendly and nice. They answer my questions to the best of their knowledge. I usually ask questions about random things. If I need to do or know something specific, time sensitive or specific forms, I mostly do my research, contact the actual organization, and make sure I have what's needed ready to go. I don't think it's their responsibility to do my research or know everything.

I had a lot of fragile items I needed packaged and shipped. I first went to UPS and was told they couldn’t package the items up for us. I called Mail & Parcels Plus in a panic and they told me they would package everything and ship it for us. They were so friendly and helpful! They wrapped everything great. Two dishes were broke in the process but I blame fed ex for that as they dented the box even though there were fragile stickers all over the boxes. I’m thankful for them and the Manager Ray. I would highly recommend them!
