The store is nice and clean. The people are nice. My cats love the chicken complete raw blend. I buy enough for all my cats every 2 weeks when I get paid. They box it up, so it is easy to get it home. Great consistently, the cats sing "the song of their people" while I prepare their dishes, and everyone eat all their food. I feed 2 ounces (1/4 cup) twice a day per cat. I take the 1 pound package and only let it defrost enough to be able to cut it. (Do not defrost all the way) Then, I divide it into 6 portions and put it in the little plastic cups used for sauces or jelly shots. Then I vacumn seal 6 of them together so I can defrost them in warm water easily, As you can see, my freezer is full of cups. I spend an hour or so every week, making enough for the next week.
The improvement in coats is amazing, shiny, and luxurious. Digestion issues have gone away. They are healthy, happier cats.

My dog trainer, through Nova Dogs, recommended Mad Butcher for their dog food. I ordered my guy, beef knuckles and a ton of different frozen foods.

This place was beautiful, clean, wonderfully stocked, and the energy was so chill. This is the part of the story where I tell you I've been a vegetarian for 25 years...

The staff was knowledgeable, the website helped me understand how to prepare the meat, and everyone was just so nice.

I appreciated the fact that I could order ahead of time and set up pick up time. If you look on Google maps you can see when the store is less busy, and plan your pick up around that if you like. Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. was perfect!

My little boy had an accident yesterday and ended up with stitches and a blow up cone of shame. He doesn't care, he doesn't care because gave him a frozen beef knuckle and that's the only thing that matters 🤣🙌

WORST Butcher experience I have ever had! That is also saying a lot because my husband and I are both military and have lived all over the country and Europe.

First off, the place smelled horrendous, and not like a butchered meat kind of smell. Secondly, and most important of all, their meat is NOT fresh, it's FROZEN, ALL of it!!! It blew my freaking mind. I have never been to a butcher to receive frozen not fresh meat. That's kind of the point, you go to the butcher and pay higher prices to get fresh, quality meat. Next, as I previously stated, you go to the butcher for quality meat.... We ordered Filet Mignon's and they had to be some of the fattest Filet's I've seen! You buy a Filet to have no meat basically and these had more fat then Sirloin's at Outback. At first, I just thought I got two bad ones so they let me pick mine out but they were all fatty.

To make matters worse, as they sent me to the freezer, yes the FREEZER, to pick out my 2 Filet's, some of the bags weren't even sealed! Unfortunately, the bag of 2 Filet's I settled for, unbeknownst to me, was one of the ones not sealed and was open. As we were walking to the Register with it to swap it out, one of the two Filets fell out and onto the shop's floor.

Sadly, it doesn't end there it gets even more unbelievable. After it fell out, they didn't just pick it up and throw it away, two of the employees stood there awkwardly staring it as if they weren't sure what to do with it. Therefore, they asked an employee behind them and instead of picking it up and throwing it away, she grabbed a paper towel, picked it up, and carried it to the butchering area LIKE THEY WERE KEEPING IT!!!! I was so grossed out. And no, she wasn't using the paper towel as a way to keep her hands clean, she already had gloves on, so the paper towel was for the meat. It blew my mind. Frustrated and grossed out (worried about even the safety of their meats), I asked for my money back and left. Please, if you want quality, fresh, NOT frozen meats, that are SAFE, do NOT get your meat from there. Mind blown.

P.S. The one positive thing I will say though is, they were really friendly, but that's it.

In order to post my review I have to give it at least one star. Frankly I wouldn’t give them that. I purchased some Chitterlings that were advertised as clean and premium. I was highly disappointed. It was a total waste of money. They were filthier than the Chitterlings that come in the red bucket. They need to STOP advertising them as clean and premium. There are other brands that are actually clean and way better (premium ). I purchased them because they were local and advertised as premium and clean. NEVER AGAIN!!! Back to looking for Aunt Bessie’s

They called the next morning after making a large order the night before. They wanted to confirm when we would like to receive our prime rib by. We haven't seen the meat but they have great customer service.

If you have dog or cat and are looking for the vest for them, this is the place where you wanna go. Great variety of top complete diet for your furry baby is right here, if I skip nature treats (chicken feet, rabbit feet, rabbit ears, hears etc) they also have fresh meat and plenty of stuff to choose from. Always friendly staff ready to help whenever you need!

I came in because I had a hard time finding beef heart anywhere. These folks have everything. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. In fact, they not only showed me around personally, but helped me create a budget friendly plan for the exclusion diet I'm on. The store is modern, clean, and well organized. You can even watch the butchers process and pack their items right through the glass window if you want. Such a great experience. I will definitely be back and can't recommend this business enough. Their customer service is simply outstanding.
