After much meditation and communication with Lydia, I have changed my review.

The New Year is upon us and what better way to begin but by forgiving and letting go and moving forward.

Now, Lydia and I have known each other for about 2 decades. I have helped her in numerous ways over the years and I continue to support her in her mission to bring vegan and raw foods to the greater public.

Due to a difficult family situation with my partner and his family, a lot of my time was pulled away from just being supportive to my community and due to this contention between my friends and I began to build.

No one is perfect in our human world and although some of us (myself) are called upon to do most of the work, and sacrifice due to other's laziness and unwilling attitude towards life, both Lydia & I can be counted on to get things done.
We both share a love for honesty, kindness and a cruelty free life through veganism.
We both spend a great deal of our time supporting others to also live cruel free lives.
Lydia tends to do this through food and for me, it is through food, dance, healing work, guidance and numerous other ways.

Last year my partner became aware and began being held accountable for his serious addictions he suffers from and so I introduced him to Lydia with the hopes that she and others in my community of friends could help him with his addictions while working in a much better environment than his previous one.
But this also caused some contention between Lydia and I because my partner was demanding too much of my time, energy and focus as well as burdening me with his negativity and he was a difficult employee to have due to this as well.

I still admit that Lydia was unkindly to me on numerous occasions last year and that has not reflected her own ethics but I believe that when someone has to carry more and sometimes MUCH more than their load that that load is unfair and it can cause someone to get angry and resentful and treat others less consciously.
I do hope Lydia will get the rest she so needs so she can face this new year with strength and that others will pick up the slack and avoid making Lydia work so hard.

Now that much of my energy is tied up with Alex, he will hopefully use some of it to help Lydia while he has it, at least.

As a chef myself, I will hope for this new year to allow me to receive the support I need to achieve my goals to support others go vegan and become more loving.
One way has been to bring 207 restaurants into plant based menu options and has been a 12 hour day work in progress.

And as many of you who read my last review on Lydia, know that there was no deception in the review but I have chosen to forgive and to hope that my feedback will help Lydia and others to move forward in a healthy and loving way towards better customer service and more kindness so that people new to veganism becoming aware of vegan culture will have a good impression and choose this lifestyle for themselves.

Because in the end, it is the Animals we truly wish to help here and so we must get over our individual ego trips so we can work towards a mission greater than ourselves and free all of the Animals to live their lives free of human enslavement.

This is my goal and I hope Lydia and my community of vegan friends will join me in this celebration of Life this year.

I've been enjoying Lydia's products for years. It just makes you feel amazing unlike so many other foods. Basically, Lydia is doing what no one else will: Sprouting seeds and nuts, combining ingredients for complete nutrition, taste and vitality. Seriously, if you have access to this food, count yourself as seriously blessed. No joke. Just try some all ready. Your body will thank you!

Little good health store. Everything is handmade with organic ingredients. Good for people who has special dietary restriction or just want to have good healthy food. The chocolate chip zucchini cookies were yummy!

Fresh, best ingredients, great for a fast lunch. The turmeric and ginger drink is highly recommended, as are the juices, buckwheat blinis, and salads.

They need a better sign with better graphic design, because inside- this place is fantastic and amazing- but from the outside, it looks like a dingy shop. The sign is what draws in customers!
