Isaac from Lutz was great. He did an excellent job repairing a complex problem I had with a Toto Neorest and also efficiently unclogged a drain for me. I’ve used Lutz before both buying products from them and for service and always had a great experience with them. Lutz plumbing is a top outfit.

This is my favorite bath and kitchen supply in San Francisco! They have amazing options to ponder and they work closely with you to make sure you get exactly what you want and need. Note: you do need an appointment but sometimes they can make last minute accommodations.

We have worked with Susie for many years, renovating our kitchen, bathroom and also renovating a bathroom in our vacation condo up in Tahoe with spectacular results. Susie is intuitive with her customers. Once she knows our preferences, she is able to show us different brands and designs from the showroom that would suit our taste.. She is keen about how it would look and make suggestions as to what would fit better given the size of the rooms that are being remodeled. It is why we are now asking for her assistance in renovating another bathroom in our home. She has since helped us to select a modern and sophisticated vanity. We can't wait to see the mirror that she has suggested - very stream line and innovative. We would recommend Susie highly for her knowledge of her products, the quality of the work is excellent and the deadlines and budget were met.
