I always have Luciani Pump work on my pump and well for the last 30 years. Victor came out today and knew exactly what to look for. He fixed everything in a timely manner. I have a vineyard so the summer is critical for keeping my pump running. They never disappoint.

My husbands family estate & vineyard has worked with Luciani Pump for over 10 years and could not be happier with the experience. Recently, we moved to a new property in need of major repair including two artesian wells that were over 50 years old. The owner of company came out personally and made assessments, work commenced a few days later and we had brand new pump and well equipment in 1 day. We just purchased a small vineyard in Healdsburg. Luciani Pump had been servicing the well/pump on the property for many years. I reached out to ask them a few questions in order to start building our home. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, our well and pump and immediately emailed me all the documentation I needed and then some. At this point worst experience I've had with a well pump company! Mainly because of Bob the owner was extremely rude and very unprofessional when I had a concern about getting a bill that should have been covered under a part warranty. Witch I was told by Christy over the phone and then the installer when he came out, that if the well was shutting off because of the control module that they just installed a couple months prior it would be covered by warranty. But Bob got on the phone and in a extremely rude manner and asked me what do you want me to do about it I said well cover it under warranty and then he proceeded to say he's been in this business for 40 some-odd years and that because you have an old tank and it's probably waterlogged that caused the control box to fail! But as I stuck up for myself because I know enough about pump systems to do maintenance so my older galvanized tank wouldn't get waterlogged and I told him that I recently just did that and that and was also done a couple months prior when his guys came out and fixed the system so that is not the case. At that point Bob began to cuss and complained about his installers coming out on free time to fix their work, then told me don't call them and never do business with him again! Which the system worked fine before besides the leak and worked fine after up until the new control box capacitor that they installed went bad? And the only reason they talked me into replacing that electrical control box in the first place was because it did have some corrosion on it and we're very insistent on it needing to be replaced. All of that so far which really was just the control box and fixing a leak they have charged me over $1,000 🙁

I worked with Bob Plum at Luciani pump for the 28 years that I lived in Healdsburg. All of my experiences were very positive. Bob knew my entire water system by rote--all 3 miles of pipe, a spring system, 3 wells and a pond system. These are the people who will leave their own Christmas dinner table to fix your water system if it fails. I now live 1000 miles north of Healdsburg and I still call Bob for advice and pump and well parts. The community will have a real loss when Bob retires.

PS.--they do not do auto repair as google reports!

These guys are great! It's too bad the first two reviews that show up on Google are negative. Luciani Pump's personnel are personable, knowledgable, and fairly priced. Give them a try!
