Our firm has been using LRI since before started with them over 23 years ago. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! The staff in the office is always so helpful and sweet, but yet professional and knowledgeable. The documents get served quickly, unless the person is hiding... but in the end, they always get them. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Used this company to serve an individual. Signed contract for a specific amount for a service. I never authorized any additional services and they keep sending me a bill for an additional $190 Spoke to a rep for company and she was extremely rude wouldn't let me get a word in. All she kept saying was another individual gave them the authorization for additional services. Again I did not authorize service other than what was stated in contract. LRI was unable to even serve the individual and I keep getting a bill in the mail every month. Poor business practice!
