Security guards are extremely nice & helpful, but the facility as a whole is a total cluster. Was here for a total of 24 hours (8 hours longer than I should’ve been) because they lost my paperwork. The shipping dept is a nightmare, so make sure you triple check your paperwork before you leave.

Had a 7am appointment got here around 7:15 security checks you in told me what door there was no other trucks getting loaded they loaded me quick they come and knock on the door and I’m out of there nice and easy

I had a 7am appointment but they agreed to check me in at 5pm the day before. The load wasn’t ready yet but they put me in the dock right away and I was out by 6:10pm

Only a few reviews but believe the ones that say this place is slow. They gave me a 9 am appointment which meant absolutely nothing. If you want to make it to your next load do not come here. If this is your only load then you are ok but take my advice and others, only take a load here if you have no other choice because you will regret it. Been here over 3 hours and they may have taken 3 pallets off. Caused me to miss my next load and get in a spat with the broker because of me being stuck here. Not my fault but shippers and receivers like this one should close their doors.

The star goes to the guard shack. They are super friendly and very professional. I was supposed to pick up a pre loaded trailer by 0800 and it is now 1300 and trailer is still yet to be loaded.

This place is ridiculous.... slow as all can be. Hope you got a full clock before coming here. Also, you might wanna use the bathroom before you come here. Truckers are treated like animals and can't use their bathroom after siting on their property all day.

Otr Drivers..Check in at Guard Shack and provide pu#. Drop n hook. Drop empty trailer in drop lot on the left. Slide the tandems to the rear. Pick up loaded assigned trailer# in the dock or drop lot. Check out at Guard Shack and verify the seal# is correct with guard. Easy in and out.
