Me and my boyfriend was on the phone waiting all day to correct a pickup order. 1st time we called we waited 26 minutes and no one picked up. We gave up called 2 hours later and waited 18 min. Still nothing. This last time we waited 23 minutes and said screw it. However when we go up there you can easily find 4-5 employees just standing around.

I am here at the store and have been searching and searching for something that says online. I finally find the outdoor worker to be told the aisle and bag. I’ve searched there I say, can you help me? She says she cannot leave. I said but I can’t find it. She just looks at me and says I’m sorry. One hour of time wasted. I’m headed to Home Depot. I would not recommend this store.

I’m very happy with the pro team. They always take care of my crew and myself when we are in the store. They need more loaders and people to stock and keep the roofing materials in stock and on the shelves. Time is money in my line of work and I lose a lot of it when it comes to getting loaded and out. So let’s get more staff there. Also the pro desk and parking is for pros. So if you see one of my trucks parked at the door. It’s very possible that someone buying super glue and a Red Bull has taken the parking spot

They always have everything we need to remodel our home and yard. My only concern is every time I’ve gone to buy wood and have it cut…I’ve had to wait for over an hour and ask associates about 5x for help at the wood cutting machine. Customer service could be better.

Only went to rescue their poor plants. Home Depot keeps them so healthy. This one has been in my care 2 days. They need to rethink who is in charge of the department. So sad. The first photo is straight from the store and is how ALL of their poor plants looked.

Went to buy a ring doorbell. Got the ticket to get the item and went to customer service waited inline to be told to go to the paint desk. Waited at paint desk but nobody ever showed. I pressed the help as did the folks in front of me did. After waiting for awhile went back to customer service who suggested we press the help button, even though you could hear the announcement system repeating "help needed at paint desk". After waiting for a bit longer I left. You lost my sale and atleast 3 others I saw walk off. I won't be going back anymore

A few years ago we used Lowes to do some Home Improvement on our house. The guy who was over the project was horrible. When the project began, the crew just showed up whenever they wanted, not giving us time when someone needed to be there. Also, the quality of the work was horrible. Gout is missing in places in my shower, and my living room floor had a spit that stuck up and is now damaged. If I have any more improvements that need to be done, I will just buy the material myself and hire someone directly. It just was not worth it. One last thing: when I tried to call the guy over the project about this information, he ignored me for so long until I learned he was no longer employed there.
