Nice location, tons of grass to walk the dogs. They have the truck wash here too. Haven't seen that many people actually use it though. Good amount of parking. Store seems to be clean parking lot gets packed like sardines at night

I stopped at this location to get a PM and a DOT Inspection. A technician by the name of John Wallace completed these on my semi-truck. After leaving the next day I had to call roadside out because my truck would not start. Come to find out John Wallace used the wrong o-ring for the fuel filter/water separator. You can see it sticking out in the attached picture. This location clearly has mediocre people working here that are not properly trained to work on semi-trucks. They obviously do not know what they are doing. I will never come here again! If you need work done on your semi-truck DO NOT come here! They will have you stranded on the road because of their low grade workers.

Go somewhere else.
All coffee machines are "out of order." One after one.

Need air in your tires? Not here. You are not worth maintaining working tire air pumps at the fuel isle. All are broken. Go away, trucker.

This is a broken location from all aspects. Legit disfunctional location.
Managment needs to find another place to work at.

A new truck stop real nice but the employees are not taking care as they should.. request a shower and I did got one that was not even clean the toilet had crumps of poop, floor was dirty the shower mirror was dirty, as a national well company LOVE’S should pay employees more money to do their job right because they charged us a lot for everything!! Shower, fuel, mechanic service, parking lot etc..flights flying around the coffee area, it’s a complete mess. The building itself new, I don’t see why not keeping up with it!! The lady at the fuel desk it’s threatening at the truck drivers if you are blocking you will be tow, when they are the ones taking for ever for truckers to move out the way..

This was probably the worst loves I've been to in a long time. Shower 1 was extremely unclean and the sink was ready to fall off the wall. The store itself needs remodeling since it hasn't changed since it was built back in the late 2000s/early 2010s. The shop is newer (probably built within the last couple of years), the lot is clean, pump 17 isn't working so it's completely blocked off, and the trash cans are empty

Store is a standard love's, but when I reported that a pump had lost its hose and was leaking, there was no response whatsoever. Found a manager, told them, he told me to go to another person, and this continued on until I carried the news to every employee. My work as a concerned individual is done and should have been acted on 4 people ago. I hope that they have really good back ups and that the rain clears the spilled gas before it catches on fire....

We travel in a motorhome, so we stop at love's frequently. This is the first one that had a decent place to walk my dogs that wasn't covered with poop. The trash cans were overfilled as usual, but the place was relatively clean. Good job !!
