We bought a 1/2 beef that was processed here. We had never bought a side of beef before. When we picked it up, there wasn’t much meat in the two boxes. They had lost our box of steaks. They knew it, and didn’t tell us, because they only had one ribeye and one filet mignon in the order. They threw in extra liver to make it look like we got all of our meat. By the time we learned the truth, it was too late. I don’t trust these people, and you shouldn’t either. Stay away from this business. They are not honest.
