They processed a whole beef for me and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I like the way they take the cut order and I like the way it is cut. They do a great job packaging. I will definitely use Los Molinos Meats for my next animal.

Notice most of the good reviews are people who bring in their own meat to process.....I want to be honest to help other consumers make a choice,,,I paid 720.00 for 1/4 beef. So far we have tried: ground beef, absolutely NO flavor it was almost like ground turkey...NY steak, tough and flavorless and rib eye...the rib eye came in a pack of 2. one was barely an inch thick and the other almost 2 inch thick (in the same package) it also barely had flavor and was tough...I know how to cook and I know a what good beef is. I have purchased better steaks from a big box store with the initials WM.

Been a good meat locker, other than the last few game animals I brought in. They say that they called and left messages saying it's done, (rudely I might add). Knowing they didnt. Almost as if they'd prefer to keep it.

They butchered my last cow a few years ago, but I used them for years and was so pleased. Always did a magnificent job and the best cutting of meat and I have used a couple of butchers...
