In her words, "This is one fine company to do business with starting with Brian in the showroom who really knows his product and helped us greatly by explaining which fireplace insert was available for and would work in our particular spot.

Then the installation of the unit was done by Frank - very carefully and with an excellent eye to detail, which is much appreciated. We are very pleased with everything they did and highly recommend them".
